Since 1974 GWCE has been earning the reputation as the company with a “hands-on” philosophy. We know that environmental and political concerns will often arise in a project. When this happens, we endeavor to address those concerns while still achieving development objectives. As a result, our customers appreciate the personal level of attention and knowing their project will continue even through the tougher challenges.

Working within the environment is also a significant part of our business. We are very successful at blending man with his environment. Several of our projects are prime examples of this value including Lahontan and Los Lagos. In these areas, before starting any planning, our engineers walked the land to be sure they were working in accord with the terrain. The lots and streets were then designed to follow the land forms.

Our comprehensive approach to development planning is why our customers refer us to new clients. Over 90% of our business is customer referral.
